摘要

目的提高社区糖调节受损（impaired of glucose regulation

简称IGR）患者自我保健的意识和技能。方法对65例社区IGR患者进行综合健康教育

并选61例社区IGR患者作为对照组进行观察。结果教育组与对照组相比

转为糖尿病人的比例分别为18.46%和40.98%

转为正常的比例分别为55.38%和21.31%

差异均有统计学意义（p<0.01）。结论这种以糖尿病知识教育为主

辅以血糖监测的"社区糖尿病健康教育"能有效控制社区IGR患者发展为糖尿病

可作为防治糖尿病的一种社区保健模式。

Abstract

Objective To improve the consciousness and skill of keep fit for the impaired of glucose regulation （hereinafter referred to ICR） patients. Method It carried on the integration health education to 65 cases of community ICR patients

and it also observed 61 cases of community ICR patients who are selected as the comparison group. Result To compare the education group and the comparison group

the proportions of changing into the diabetes mellitus are respectively 18.46% and 40.98%. The proportions of changing into the health are respectively 55.38% and 21.31%. The difference has the meaning of statistics （p<0.01）. Conclusion The knowledge education of diabetes mellitus as the mainstay

supplemented with "the community diabetes mellitus health education" of supervising blood sugar could effectively control the community ICR patients developing into diabetes mellitus. And it also can be a mode pattern of prevention and cure the diabetes mellitus.
