摘要

目的:探讨全自动血细胞分析仪测定血常规时出现白细胞计数假性增高与红细胞膜脂质成分变化的关系。方法:应用酶法在全自动生化分析仪上进行正常对照组和白细胞计数假性增高组病人红细胞膜胆固醇（）及磷脂cholesterol

Ch（）含量的测定。phosphor

PL结果:白细胞计数（）假性增高组病人胆固醇含量比正常对照组显著增高（WBCP<）

0.05而磷脂含量比对照组显著降低（P<）且也有显著差异（0.05Ch/PLP<）。0.01结论:白细胞计数假性增高与红细胞膜脂质成分的变化有密切关系。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the relation between false increase of white blood cell count and the changes of erythrocyte membrane lipid in automatic whole blood count. Methods: The cholesterol (Ch) and phospholipids (PL) in control (Group 1) and white blood cell count false increase (Group 2) were detected by the auto-chemobiological analysor respectively. Results: Comparing with the results of Group1 the level of cholesterol in Group 2 increased (P<0.05) and phospholipids reduced significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: The false increase of white blood cell count is closely related with the changes of erythrocyte membrane lipid.
