摘要

目的:了解尿蛋白定性阴性的系统性红斑狼疮患者尿中微量蛋白检测对发现早期肾损害的意义。方法:采用ELISH法测定27例系统性红斑狼疮患者及30名健康人尿α1-微球蛋白、微量白蛋白和转铁蛋白、尿IgG。结果:患者组与正常对照组比较:α1-微球蛋白、尿微量白蛋白和转铁蛋白、尿IgG明显增高（P<0.002

P<0.01）;活动期又高于非活动组（P<0.01

P<0.03）

两者比较均有显著性差异。结论:α1-微球蛋白、尿微量白蛋白和转铁蛋白、尿IgG可作为发现系统性红斑狼疮早期肾损害敏感的常规指标。

Abstract

Objective: comprehending urine trace protein detect significance to detect earlier period kidnry impaired in systemic lupus erythematosus patien of urine protein determined negative.Method: employing ELISH technique assay urine α1-microglobulin and urine trace albumin and transferring and urine IgG in 27 systemic lupus erythematosus patien and 30 health.Produce: patien and paired normal subjects comparison : urine α1-microglobulin and urine trace albumin and transferring and urine IgG were higher in patien bundle(P<0.002

which were significantly higher.Conclusion: α1-microglobulin and urine trace albumin and transferring and urine IgG may to become earlier period kidney lesion marker in systemic lupus erythematosus.
