摘要

目的:探讨聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变后细胞周期素蛋白D1（CyclinD1）和细胞周期素依赖性激酶（CCDK4）的表达

揭示聚焦超声对细胞周期的影响。方法:选择外阴白色病变组织30例及10例正常组织

应用免疫组化方法检测正常皮肤及聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变前后组织中CyclinD1、CDK4蛋白的表达。结果:与正常皮肤比较

外阴白色病变组织中

CyclinD1及CDK4蛋白阳性表达异常增高

差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变后

CyclinD1及CDK4蛋白表达降低

与治疗前比较

差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:聚焦超声治疗后

CyclinD1表达降低

CDK4水平降低

逆转了细胞周期的紊乱

有效的抑制了外阴白色病变的进展。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the changes of cell cycles in white lesion of the vulvar after focused ultrasound treatment.Methods:30 patients were treated with focused ultrasound therapy from 2005 to 2007.Cyclin D1 and Cyclin Dependent Kinase(CDK4)were examined by strepavidin peroxidase immunohistochemistry.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS.Results:The positive cell staining intensity of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 were significantly higher in white lesion of the vulvar than those of normal vulvar skin(P<0.05).After the ultrasound treatment

the positive expression of CyclinD1 and CDK4 were decreased

significantly at the treated region(P<0.05).No major complications occurred.Conclusion:White lesion of the vulvar could be effectively treated with focused ultrasound.The balance of CyclinD1 and CDK4 is reversed to normal

indicating focused ultrasound could regulate the cell cycles and effectively inhibit the progression in white lesion of the vulvar.
