Objective:To study the history of migraineurs

and find out the historical features which have higher value in migraine diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Method:250 patients who have primary headache were chosen in this study(include 117 migraineurs)

each patient

s history was taked in detail

then each historical feature

s diagnostic value were analysised using statistic method.Results:In all the historical features that we studied pain exacerbated by activity

pain throbbing

disability

phonophobia

nausea

photophobia

pain on oneside

all have high sensitivity and high specificity.Conclusion:Known the sensitivity and specificity of each historical features

can help us to diagnose migraine rapidly and accurately.
