摘要

目的:探讨原发性高血压以及高血压合并冠心病患者脉搏波速度变化规律。方法:选取2007年11月～2008年10月心血管内科原发性高血压患者28例;高血压合并冠心病患者25例

冠心病患者均接受冠状动脉造影

至少有一支冠状动脉狭窄≥50%;同时选取健康者26例为对照组。所有入选者均为窦性心律

均接受脉搏波速度检测。结果:原发性高血压患者与健康对照组比较

高血压患者baPWV明显升高（P<0.01）

而高血压合并冠心病者baPWV比单纯高血压患者升高更为明显（P<0.01）。结论:原发性高血压患者血管弹性减低

僵硬度增加;而高血压合并冠心病者血管损害更加明显

血管硬化加重

弹性显著下降。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)in patients with essential hypertension

and that in patients with essential hypertension associated with coronary artery disease.Methods:The baPWV of 28 patients with essential hypertension was measured

the baPWV of 26 patients with essential hypertension associated with coronary artery disease confirmed by coronary angiography was also measured

and the baPWV of 25 control group’s patients was measured.Results:baPWV was significantly higher in patients with essential hypertension than that in contral group

and baPWV is much higher in patients with essential hypertension associated with coronary artery disease than that in patients with essential hypertension.Conclusions:The results suggest that vascular lesion is exsist in patients with essential hypertension

and the vascular stiffness in patients with essential htpertension associated with coronary artery disease is increased than that in patients with essential hypertension.
