摘要

目的:月见草油富含多种人体必需不饱和脂肪酸

其主要有效成分为γ-亚麻酸

但性质不稳定易氧化

故将其制成脂质体可增加其稳定性并提高其疗效。方法:本实验采用正交试验筛选γ-亚麻酸脂质体的制备工艺。经过实验得出最佳的制备工艺条件为磷脂与月见草油的比例为0.2∶0.1

溶于20ml氯仿和40ml磷酸缓冲溶液

超声处理10min。结果:制得的γ-亚麻酸脂质体的包封率较高达99%以上

且渗透率较低。结论:本方法简便易行

实验结果可为新药开发和工业化生产应用提供条件。

Abstract

Objective :Evening primrose oil contains abundance of Essentia polyunsaturated fatty acids and γ-linolenic acid is the mostly important

but the property of γ-linolenic acid is unstable and easily oxidized

in this experiment the γ-linolenic acid was made into liposome so as to make it stable and more effective

orthogonal test was used to choose the Best Conditions of preparing the liposome of γ-linolenic acid.Methods:The best proportion of phospholipid and evening primrose oil is 0.2:0.1

dissolved in 20 ml chloroform and 40 ml phosphate buffer solution

ultrasonic treatment for 10min.Results:theγ-linolenic acid entrapment efficiency was more than 99% and the permeability is low.Conclusion:The method is simple

accurate and reliable and can be used for the new drug development and production.
