Effect of risk preventive nursing combined with humanistic nursing in patients with viral hepatitis
Objective To explore the effect of risk preventive nursing combined with humanistic nursing in patients with viral hepatitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with viral hepatitis admitted to a hospital in Fujian Province from July 2018 to July 2021 were selected as subjects
who were randomly assigned to the control group(n=50) and the experimental group(n=50). The patients in the control group received routine nursing
and the patients in the experimental group risk-preventive nursing in combination with humanistic nursing. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) scores at discharge(after the intervention) were compared between the two groups. Satisfaction with nursing was compared between the 2 groups at discharge. The incidence of adverse events within 3 months after discharge was compared between the 2 groups. Results Before the intervention
there was no significant difference in SAS and PSQI scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention
SAS and PSQI scores in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention
and the experimental group was lower than the control group
with statistical significance(P <0.05). The overall satisfaction rate in the experimental group was 96.00%
which was higher than that in the control group(80.00%)
and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse events in the experimental group was 6.00%
which was lower than that in the control group(24.00%)
and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Risk preventive nursing in combination with humanistic nursing is effective in patients with viral hepatitis. It can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients
reduce the risk of adverse events
reduce the negative emotions of patients and improve their satisfaction. These advantages justify a wider application of this procedure in clinical practice.
