Objective To analyze the burden of lung cancer and its changing trend in Changshou District

and pro-vide scientific basis for the prevention and control of lung cancer. Methods Cases of lung cancer from cancer reg-istry sites in Changshou were collected from 2012 to 2019.Indicators including the incidence

mortality

age-standardized incidence rate by Chinese standard population（ASIRC） and age-standardized mortality rate by Chi-nese standard population（ASMRC）

disability adjusted life years（DALY）

years of life lost（YLL）

years lived with disability（YLD） and annual percent of change（APC） were calculated by SPSS 22.0.The trend change were analyzed by t test. Results The incidence and ASIRC of lung cancer was 44.12/100 000 and 26.02/100 000 in 2012 respectively

and it was 90.64/100 000 and 46.50/100 000 in 2019. APC of the incidence and ASIRC of lung cancer was 9.53% and 8.33% form 2012 to 2019 in Changshou respectively（P<0.05）.The mortality and ASMRC of lung cancer was 72.86/100 000 and 43.34/100 000 in 2012

and it was 85.97/100 000 and 42.41/100 000 in 2019.APC of the mortality of lung cancer was 1.82% from 2012 to 2019 in Changshou（P<0.05）. APC of ASMRC of lung cancer was-0.20% from 2012 to 2019（P >0.05）.The rate of DALYs

YLDs and YLLs of lung cancer in 2012 was 17.70 thousand person years

0.52 thousand person years

17.17 thousand per-son years

and it was 19.12 thousand person years

1.15 thousand person years

17.97 thousand person years in 2019. APC of DALYs rate

YLDs rate and YLLs rate of lung cancer was 0.20%（P>0.05）

10.74%（P<0.05） and-0.20%（P>0.05） form 2012 to 2019 in Changshou respectively. Conclusion The incidence and mortality of lung cancer in Changshou district was high and it increased year by year.The rate of YLDs rate increased rapid-ly. It should be attached importance to the tertiary prevention and control of lung cancer to reduce the burden of lung cancer.
