Dynamic CT findings and prognosis of imported common-type coronavirus disease 2019
and prognosis of imported common-type coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-2019)in our hospital through a retrospective analysis. Methods:The patients with imported common-type COVID-2019 who were admitted from January 26 to February 12
2020 were enrolled
and their clinical features
dynamic imaging findings on high-resolution CT
and prognosis were analyzed. Results:All 10 patients had a medical history of epidemic disease. The main clinical manifestations were pyrexia
weakness
and dry cough.Initial CT scan showed that among the 10 patients
4 were in the early stage and had the manifestations of patchy and nodular ground-glass opacity(GGO)and/or consolidation in the unilateral lung; 2 were in the advanced stage and had multiple patchy consolidation and GGO in both lungs under the pleura
and air bronchogram and enlarged blood vessel shadow inside the lesion were commonly seen in this stage; 4 were in the stage of termination and had patchy GGO
consolidation
and fibrous linear opacities.Of all patients
9 achieved complete absorption of pulmonary lesions within 3 months after disease onset
and 1 achieved basically complete absorption. Conclusions:The CT findings of COVID-2019 have certain features with dynamic changes
which provides guidance for the evaluation of disease condition and prognosis.
