摘要

2019年12月以来

湖北省武汉市发生了新型冠状病毒肺炎（Coronavirus Disease 2019

COVID-19）的暴发流行

随后疫情迅速扩散至全球多个国家。在采取有效防控措施基础上

虽然我国新增病例数总体呈现下降趋势

但形式依然严峻复杂。为此

笔者综合国内外新近发表的相关文献

就新型冠状病毒肺炎的病原学、流行病学、发病机制、病理解剖、临床表现及治疗等做一个总结

以便更好地指导临床实践。

Abstract

An outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia

i.e.

Coronavirus Disease 2019（COVID-19）

occurred in Wuhan

Hubei Province

China in December 2019

and then the disease rapidly spread throughout numbers of countries in the world. Although the number of new cases of the disease tended to decrease with the help of effective control measures

the situation remains grim and complex. With reference to recent literature related to COVID-19 in China and foreign countries

the authors summarized the etiology

epidemiology

pathogenesis

pathological anatomy

clinical manifestations and treatment of this disease

in order to provide better guidance for clinical practice.
