Effects of hospital-community-family group intervention rehabilitation model on quality of life and neurological functions of postoperative patients with moyamoya disease
Objective To explore the effect of hospital-community-family group intervention rehabilitation model on the quality of life and neurological functions of postoperative patients with moyamoya disease. Methods Ninetysix patients with moyamoya disease treated in a hospital in NanYang from May 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects. A random number table was used to divide the study subjects into a control group and an observation group
with 48 cases in each group. Routine rehabilitation instructions were given to the control group. The patients in the observation group were given the hospital-community-family group intervention model for rehabilitation instruction. The NIHSS
ADL
GQOL-74 and GSES scores in both groups were compared before and after the rehabilitation training. Results After the rehabilitation training
the NIHSS score of patients in the observation group was(11.31±1.14)
which was lower than that of the control group(14.75±1.72)
and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); the GSES score of patients in the observation group was(47.08±4.73)
which was higher than that of the control group(38.66±4.85)
and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After the rehabilitation training
the ADL and GQOL-74 scores of patients in the observation group were(81.72±4.62) and(85.48±5.13)
respectively
higher than those of the control group
which were(69.75±5.11) and(79.86±4.89)
with statistically significant differences(P <0.05). Conclusion The hospital-community-family group intervention rehabilitation model plays a positive role in the rehabilitation of patients with moyamoya disease. It can improve the neurological rehabilitation effect of patients
improve their self-efficacy
and enhance their self-care ability and quality of life with significant effects. Therefore
it is worthy of clinical promotion.
