摘要

目的研究CT和MRI对主动脉夹层动脉瘤（aortic dissection

AD）的影像表现

探讨其诊断价值。方法对2009年7月-2011年7月在我院接受诊治的AD患者的影像资料进行回顾性总结与分析。结果MRI及CT对AD诊断的阳性率均为100.0%。CT的破裂口检出率为30.0%

而MRI的破裂口检出率为83.3%。结论 CT扫描及MRI检测对AD的诊断有重要价值

CT对内膜破口及夹层范围的诊断具有局限性

MRI对内膜破口的检出率相对较高。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the imaging findings of CT and MRI in aortic dissection（AD）aneurysm and probe into its diagnostic value.Method Image data of patients with AD treated in our hospital from July

2009to July

2011were summarized and analyzed retrospectively.Results Positive rate of AD in diagnosis with MRI and CT was 100.0%.Detection rate of crevasse with CT was 30.0%and that of crevasse with MRI was 83.3%.Conclusion CT scan and MRI detection has significant value in the diagnosis of AD;CT has limitations in the diagnosis of crevasse of the intima and dissection range

and MRI has a relatively high detection rate in crevasse of the intima.
