摘要

目的探讨产妇产后出血原因及预防急救对策。方法对我院2003年1月至2010年12月26例产后出血资料进行回顾性分析。结果产后出血原因中

软产道损伤占19.23%

胎盘因素占23.08%

宫缩乏力占57.69%。有流产史、非首次分娩、孕周大于40W或小于37W的产妇产后出血发生率分别高于无流产史、首次分娩、孕周37～40W的产妇

差异均有统计学意义（p<0.05或p<0.01）。结论产后出血原因以宫缩乏力占首位

其次为胎盘因素和产道损伤

与流产史、分娩次数、孕周等因素可能有关。

Abstract

Objective To probe into the causes of postpartum hemorrhage and first-aid countermeasures.Method Data of 26 patients with postpartum hemorrhage from January 2003 to December 2010 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among causes of postpartum hemorrhage

laceration of soft birth canal accounted for 19.23%

placental factors 23.08% and uterine inertia 57.69%.The incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage who had abortion history

childbirth（≥2 times）

gestation week（

40 W or

37 W） was higher than that for those who had no abortion history

initial childbirth and gestation week（37

0 W） respectively

and the differences were statistically significant（p

0.05 or p

0.01）.Conclusion The uterine inertia is the most important cause of postpartum hemorrhage

followed by placental factors and laceration of birth canal and the postpartum hemorrhage probably has something to do with factors such as the abortion history

times of childbirth and the gestation week.
