摘要

目的探讨沐川县出生缺陷发生率变化趋势及其原因

为采取干预措施、降低出生缺陷发生率提供依据。方法对沐川县2003-2009年出生缺陷病例45例进行分析。结果 7年间出生缺陷发生率呈逐年上升后又逐渐下降之趋势

缺陷类型以神经管畸形为主要类型

其次为唇腭裂、耳部畸形及四肢畸形。结论减少出生缺陷的发生重在预防

降低发生率需要采取综合干预措施。

Abstract

Objective To explore the variation tendency of birth defect

analyze the causes

offer the evidence for taking intervention measures and cutting down the incidence rate of birth defect.Method To analyze 45 patients with birth defect from 2003 to 2009 in Muchuan.Results The incidence rate rose year by year

and then slowed down.The major type is cerebromedullary tube abnormality

then chilopalatognathus

pinna and limbs abnormality.Conclusion The key to decreasing birth defect is prevention

and to cut down incidence rate

comprehensive intervention measures need to be taken.
