摘要

目的了解当前产妇首次分娩方式

为育龄妇女的生殖保健工作提供依据。方法对904例产妇的首次分娩年龄分布、首次分娩方式及不同职业的首次分娩方式进行统计分析。结果首次分娩年龄集中在25～28岁之间;年龄愈大

选择剖宫产比例愈高;在教师、干部、工人3类不同职业产妇中

选择阴道分娩的比例均高于剖宫产。结论应加强育龄妇女的生殖保健和优生优育的宣传教育。

Abstract

Objective To learn women’s first delivery modes

so to provide basis for reproductive health care on women of childbearing age.Method The ages

modes and jobs of the 904 women of first delivery were stastistically analyzed.Results The ages of the majority of 904 cases are from 25-year-old to 28-year-old.with the growth of age

more cases were inclined to cesarean section.Whether to be teachers

cadres

or workers

more women prefer cesarean section to voginal delivery.Conclusion The reproductive health education should be strengthened among women of childbearing age.
