Objective To understand the curative effect of treatment of neurasthenia on the basis of western medicine treatment combining traditional Chinese medicine and psychological therapy.Method Choosing 182 cases hospitalized patients according to the diagnostic standard of neurasthenia CCMD-2-R

which are randomly divided into two groups

with the comprehensive treatment group including 121 cases and the control group including 61 cases.Western medicine

psychological and traditional Chinese medicine treatment are applied to the comprehensive treatment group

while the control group merely adopts the western medicine treatment.Results Of the comprehensive treatment group

evident ratio is 86.8%

total effective ratio is 97.5%.In contrast

of the control group

evident ratio is 13.1%

total effective ratio is 54.1%（P<0.01）.Conclusion The effectiveness of the comprehensive treatment of the neurasthenia is significantly better than the mere western medicine therapy.
