Objective To find out the situation of gynecologic commonly and frequently encountered diseases of women in local area and to provide evidence for devising intervention measures.Method Results of gynecologic examination of 8 230 female workers in 2003-2007 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The detection rate of various gynecopathies was 28.70%.The first 3 gynecopathies were cervical erosion

vaginitis and hysteromyoma.The detection rate of mastosis was 14.65%.The main disease was hyperplasia of mammary glands

and the secondary disease was fibroma.Conclusion It is necessary to pay high attention to the condition of gynecopathy and mastosis in women.Knowledge of gynecopathy prevention and treatment as well as self-examination of mastosis will be extensively spreaded to reduce incidence of women relative diseases.
