评价白芍总苷（TGP）制剂治疗系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的有效性及安全性。
方法

检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、维普网、万方数据和中国生物医学文献数据库，收集TGP制剂联合西药对比单用西药的随机对照研究（RCT）。检索时间为建库起至2025年6月1日。筛选文献、提取资料、评价文献质量后，采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。
结果

共纳入15项RCT，包括1 318例患者。Meta分析结果显示，与单用西药比较，TGP制剂联合西药能提高患者的临床有效率[OR＝4.96，95%CI（3.41，7.23），

TGP制剂能提高SLE患者的疗效，促进免疫球蛋白及补体恢复，降低系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动性指数和复发率，且安全性较好。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of total glucosides of paeonia （TGP） in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）.
METHODS

Randomized controlled trial （RCT） about TGP combined with western medicine versus western medicine alone for SLE treatment were retrieved from PubMed， Embase， Cochrane Library， Web of Science， CNKI， VIP， Wanfang Data， and CBM. The search period spanned from the inception of each database to June 1， 2025. After literature screening， data extraction， and quality assessment of the included studies， Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software.
RESULTS

Fifteen RCTs， involving 1 318 patients， were included. Meta-analysis results showed that compared with western medicine alone， TGP combined with western medicine significantly improved clinical efficacy [OR＝4.96， 95%CI（3.41， 7.23），

CONCLUSIONS

TGP therapy can improve clinical efficacy of SLE patients， promote the restoration of immunoglobulins and complements， reduce SLEDAI and recurrence rate and has good safety.
