摘要

目的

探讨阶梯式教学联合反思循环在护理本科实习生骨髓腔输液培训中的应用效果。

方法

采用便利抽样法，选取2024年7月至2025年11月在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九六〇医院实习的103名护理本科生作为研究对象。按入科批次采用随机分组法分为试验组（51人）与对照组（52人）。对照组采用传统带教模式，试验组在传统带教基础上实施为期3周的阶梯式教学联合反思循环临床实践教学干预。通过理论考核、操作技能考核及护理专业学生临床实践反思能力量表收集资料，采用独立样本

检验和卡方检验进行统计分析。

结果

试验组理论考核成绩为（89.23±5.81）分、操作技能考核成绩为（92.52±6.21）分，均高于对照组的（81.52±6.93）分和（79.85±8.12）分，2组比较差异有统计学意义（

=6.04，

=9.25，

0.001）。试验组临床反思实践能力总分为148.32±15.76，高于对照组的126.45±18.23，差异有统计学意义（

=6.85，

0.001）。试验组教学满意度得分为62.95±4.25，高于对照组的51.85±5.97，差异有统计学意义（

=13.27，

0.001）。

结论

阶梯式教学联合反思循环可有效提高护理本科实习生骨髓腔输液的理论与操作成绩，增强临床反思实践能力，并提升教学满意度。该方案可作为护理本科实习生急救技能教学的优化措施。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the effectiveness of stepwise teaching combined with reflective cycle in intraosseous infusion training for undergraduate nursing interns.

Methods

Using convenience sampling

103 undergraduate nursing interns who interned at The 960th Hospital of the PLA Joint Logistics Support Force between July 2024 and November 2025 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into an experimental group (51 interns) and a control group (52 interns) according to the batches in which they entered the department. The control group adopted a traditional teaching model

while the experimental group received a 3-week clinical t

eaching intervention of stepwise teaching combined with reflective cycle in addition to the traditional teaching model. Data were collected through theoretical assessment

operational skills assessment

and the Clinical Practice Reflection Ability Scale for Nursing Students. A statistical analysis was performed using the independent samples

-test and chi-square test.

Results

The theoretical assessment score (89.23±5.81 vs. 81.52±6.93

=6.04

0.001) and operational skills assessment score (92.52±6.21 vs. 79.85±8.12

0.001) of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The total score of clinical practice reflective ability in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (148.32±15.76 vs. 126.45±18.23

0.001). The teaching satisfaction score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (62.95±4.25 vs. 51.85±5.97

Conclusions

Stepwise teaching combined with reflective cycle can effectively improve the theoretical and operational scores of undergraduate nursing interns in intraosseous infusion

enhance their clinical practice reflective ability

and increase teaching satisfaction. This approach can be used as an optimization strategy for teaching emergency skills to undergraduate nursing interns.
