摘要

目的

探索国家区域儿童医学中心背景下放射科住院医师规范化培训（简称“住培”）基地的特色建设路径与成效。

方法

针对国内儿科影像教学体系缺失及人才培养结构性失衡的问题，依托国家区域医疗中心平台，构建“成人放射基底+儿科特色突破”的融合培养模式。通过设计“三阶段双场景”的轮转路径，实施跨机构协同管理、开展分层师资培养并推进数字化教学生态建设。

结果

实践表明，该模式成效显著。2021—2024届学员结业考核通过率由75.00%提升至100.00%，85.00%的结业学员就职于儿科影像亚专科岗位；协同单位成人影像报告质量显著提升；教师参与制定行业共识/标准7项；专业基地获市级住培基地评估第一梯队。

结论

本模式通过系统整合资源与机制创新，有效提升了放射科住培医师的儿科影像诊疗能力，为全国同类基地建设提供了可复制的区域经验。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the construction pathways and effectiveness of a specialized standard training base for radiology residents within a national regional pediatric medical center.

Methods

To address the lack of a systematic pediatric imaging training system and the structural imbalance in talent cultivation in China

an integrated training model of "adult radiology foundation + pediatric specialty breakthrough" was developed by leveraging the platform of a national regional medical center. This model featured a "three-phase

dual-setting" rotation pathway

implemented cross-institutional collaborative management

conducted tiered faculty development

and promoted the construction of a digital teaching ecosystem.

Results

The model proved to be highly effective upon implementation. From 2021 to 2024

the graduation examination pass rate for trainees increased from 75.00% to 100.00%

with 85.00% of graduates employed in pediatric imaging subspecialty positions. The quality of adult imaging reports in collaborating institutions improved significantly. Faculty members participated in formulating 7 industry consensus documents/standards. The specialized training base was ranked in the first tier in the municipal evaluation of residency training bases.

Conclusions

Through systematic resource integration and mechanism innovation

this model effectively enhanced the pediatric imaging-related diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities of radiology residents

providing a replicable regional experience for the construction of similar training bases in China.
