摘要

目的

在地国际化（internationalization at Home，IaH）已成为高等教育国际化模式及结构创新的重要途径。本文旨在分析医学教育IaH的发展历程、研究热点、研究动态及前沿研究，以期为我国医学教育国际化的未来发展提供科学依据和策略指导。

方法

本研究选取Web of Science（WoS）核心合集作为数据来源，搜集1999年至2024年间关于医学教育IaH的相关研究文献。应用CiteSapace软件对年度发文量、研究人员、学术期刊、研究机构以及国家/地区的分布进行文献计量统计，构建国际医学教育IaH可视化分析知识图谱，探究研究热点和发展动态。

结果

本研究分析了659篇医学教育领域IaH相关文献，发现自1999年以来发文量逐年增长，2022年达到峰值。90个国家/地区、545个机构关注此领域的研究，美国与哥伦比亚大学发文量居首位。医学教育期刊

Academic Medicine

刊登的IaH论文被引频次第一。被引频次最高的参考文献是Frenk等于2010年在

Lancet

上发表的医学教育IaH的指导性论文。研究热点聚焦课程建设、教育效果、结局指标，研究热门学科涉及教育、科学及计算机科学等。

结论

国内医学教育IaH建设与国际水平还存在差距，具有巨大发展潜力。未来研究可聚焦于教育创新、课程构建与效果评估，计算机科学、跨学科应用、教育与教育研究是推动医学教育IaH建设重点学科。

Abstract

Objective

Internationalization at home (IaH) has become an important way to innovate the model and structure of higher education internationalization. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the development history

research hotspots

research trends

and cutting-edge research of IaH in medical education

with a view to providing scientific basis and strategic guidance for the future development of internationalization of medical education in China.

Methods

In this study

the Web of Science (WoS) Core Collection was selected as the data source to collect research articles on medical education IaH between 1999 and 2024. CiteSpace software was used for bibliometric analysis of the distribution of annual publications

researchers

academic journals

research institutions

and countries/regions. A knowledge map for the visual analysis of international medical education IaH was constructed to identify research hotspots and development trends.

Results

This study analyzed 659 IaH-related publications in medical education. The number of publications had increased annually since 1999 and peaked in 2022. Research in this field spanned 90 countries/regions and 545 institutions

with the United States and Columbia University leading in publication output. The medical education journal

Academic Medicine

had published IaH-related articles with the highest citation frequency. The most cited article was an instructional paper by Frenk et al. on medical education IaH published in 2010 in

Lancet.

The research hotspots included course construction

educational effectiveness

and outcome metrics. Popular research disciplines included education

science

and computer science.

Conclusions

There is still a gap between domestic and foreign medical education IaH construction

highlighting great potential for development. Future research can focus on educational innovation

course construction

and effect evaluation. Computer science

interdisciplinary application

education

and education research are the key disciplines to promote the construction of medical education IaH.
