摘要

目的

本研究旨在了解本科实习护生自我能力否定倾向现状的潜在类别，并分析各分类的差异及影响因素。

方法

对2023年1月至2024年7月216名本科实习护生，用一般资料调查表、自我能力否定倾向量表和社会支持量表进行调查。运用Mplus 8.3识别本科实习护生的自我能力否定倾向潜在类别，用SPSS分析探讨本科实习护生自我能力否定倾向的影响因素。

结果

本科实习护生自我能力否定倾向得分为（57.88±10.38）分，自我能力否定倾向分为3个类别：自我能力否定倾向低水平组，自我能力否定倾向中水平组，自我能力否定倾向高水平组，分别占17.13%、38.89％和43.98%；性别（

结论

本科实习护生自我能力否定倾向处于中等水平，护理管理者和护理教育者需重点关注自我能力否定倾向中水平组和高水平组实习护生，构建并完善社会支持体系，实施针对性的干预策略，以期有效降低该群体的自我能力否定倾向水平。

Abstract

Objective

To investigate the potential profiles of imposter phenomenon in undergraduate nursing interns

and to analyze inter-group differences and associated influencing factors.

Methods

A total of 216 undergraduate student nurses on placement from January 2023 to July 2024 were surveyed using a general information questionnaire

the Imposter Phenomenon Scale

and the Social Support Rating Scale. The data were used to identify latent profiles and influencing factors associated with imposter phenomenon among the student nurses

with the use of Mplus 8.3 and SPSS

respectively.

Results

The mean imposter phenomenon score of the nursing students was (57.88±10.38) points. They were divided into three groups: low-

intermediate-

and high-level imposter syndrome groups

Conclusions

The imposter syndrome of the undergraduate nursing interns is generally at an intermediate level. Nursing managers and nursing educators should provide more assistance to the intermediate- and high-level groups

with a more comprehensive social support system and targeted intervention strategies

so as to effectively reduce their imposter phenomenon level.
