摘要

目的

探究基于虚实结合的缺陷式病例导入教学对骨科实习护生能力提升的影响。

方法

选取2023年3月至9月在西安市中医医院骨科实习的96名护生，按随机数字表法分为观察组或对照组，每组48例。对照组采用常规教学，观察组使用基于虚实结合的缺陷式病例导入教学。比较实习前后两组护生的考核成绩、自学能力、核心能力、决策能力、批判性思维差异。使用SPSS 23.0进行

检验和卡方检验。

结果

实习后，两组护生理论与实践考核成绩、自学能力评分、注册护士核心能力量表（competency inventory for registered nurse，CIRN）评分、护理临床决策量表（clinical decision making in nursing scale，CDMNS）评分、评判性思维能力量表-中文版（critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version，CTDI-CV）评分均升高，且观察组高于对

照组（

结论

在骨科护生实习带教过程中进行基于虚实结合的缺陷式病例导入教学，能帮助护生提高自学能力和核心能力。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the impact of defective case introduction teaching combining virtual and real elements on the enhancement of competence among orthopedic nursing interns.

Methods

Ninety-six nursing students serving as interns in the Department of Orthopedics from March to September 2023 were selected and randomly assigned to either observation group or control group using a random number table

with 48 students in each group. The control group received conventional teaching

while the observation group received defective case introduction teaching combining virtual and real elements. The two groups were compared for the changes in assessment scores

self-learning ability

core skills

decision-making ability

and critical thinking following completion of internship. Statistical analyses were performed using the

-test and chi-square test via SPSS 23.0.

Results

At the conclusion of the internship

both groups showed improvements in their theoretical knowledge and practical skills

self-learning ability scores
