摘要

目的

探讨心理教育对预定新兵心理适应的影响。

方法

采用德尔菲法，进行专家咨询，构建预定新兵心理适应教育方案。整群抽取山东省某市108名预定新兵，分为实验组和对照组，实验组参加心理教育，对照组参加日常教育训练。采用部队新兵适应性问卷、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale

SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale

SDS)、压力知觉量表(Chinese Perceived Stress Scale

CPSS)进行测评，分析心理教育干预效果。

结果

① 专家咨询结果显示: 预定新兵心理适应教育课程框架指标体系包含1个一级指标、5个二级指标、19个三级指标，主要内容包括心理健康常识、军人角色适应、军人压力适应、军人人际适应和军人情绪适应。②组别和时间的交互作用显示: 干预之后实验组的心理适应总分、部队环境认同因子、SDS、CPSS得分降低程度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Wald

=5.598，7.777，7.978，18.132；

＜0.05)。

结论

心理教育能有效提升预定新兵的心理适应水平，缓解其抑郁情绪和心理压力。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the effect of psychological education scheme on mental adaptation of preselected recruits.

Methods

Delphi method was used to construct the psychological adaptation education program for preselected recruits. A total of 108 preselected recruits from a city in Shandong Province were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group were given psychological education

while the control group received routine training only. Adaptability Questionnaire for Army Recruits

Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS)

Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS)

and Chinese Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS) were used to evaluate the effect of psychological intervention.

Results

① The expert consultation results showed that the index system of the curriculum framework of psychological adaptation education scheme for preselected recruits should include 1 level Ⅰ indicator

5 level Ⅱ indicators and 19 level Ⅲ indicators covering mental health knowledge
