摘要

目的

探讨军校学员的生涯适应力对生活满意度的作用机制，考察自我效能感和希望感在两者关系之间的中介作用。

方法

2021年1-2月，采用方便取样法对某军校759名军校学员进行问卷调查。评估工具包括生涯适应力量表(Chinese career adaptability scale，CCAS)、自我效能感量表(general self efficacy scale

GSES)、Herth希望感量表(Herth hope inventory

HHI)、生活满意度量表(satisfaction with life scale

SWLS)。

结果

① 生涯适应力、自我效能感、希望感和生活满意度两两正相关(

=0.445~0.706，

0.01)；②生涯适应力影响生活满意度主要通过3条中介路径，自我效能感的中介作用占比15.25%；希望感的中介作用占比12.34%；自我效能感与希望感的链式中介作用占比12.30%。

结论

军校学员的生涯适应力既可以直接影响生活满意度，也可以通过自我效能感和希望感间接影响生活满意度。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the mechanism of career adaptability on life satisfaction in cadets and investigate the mediating role of self-efficacy and hope.

Methods

From January to February 2021

a questionnaire survey was conducted among 759 cadets in a military university using the convenient sampling method. Evaluation tools include Chinese Career Adaptability Scale (CCAS)

General Self Efficacy Scale (GSES)

Herth Hope Inventory (HHI)

and the with Life Scale (SWLS).

Results

① Career adaptability

self-efficacy

hope and life satisfaction are positively correlated (

=0.48~0.71

0.01); ② Career adaptability affected life satisfaction mainly through 3 mediation ways. The mediation effect of self-efficacy accounted for 15.25%

the mediation effect of hope for 12.34%

and the chain mediation effect of self-efficacy and hope for 12.30%.

Conclusion

The career adaptability of cadets can not only directly affect life satisfaction

but also indirectly affect life satisfaction through self-efficacy and hope.
