摘要

目的:通过化学修饰蛇神经毒素氨基

了解修饰氨基后蛇神经毒素的活性。方法:制备大鼠脊髓损伤后肌张力增高模型。从浙江蝮蛇毒中分离出神经毒素

用乙酸酐修饰神经毒素的氨基

通过生理记录仪鉴定

并探讨修饰后神经毒素对大鼠模型的影响。结果:腹腔注射修饰氨基的神经毒素

可见大鼠的肌张力增高有降低

并且大鼠生存时间较对照组中大鼠模型明显延长。结论:蝮蛇神经毒素的氨基是必需基团。

Abstract

Objective:To modify amino in the neurotoxin

learn about modified neurotoxin′s activity.Methods:We made rat models that were suffered from spinal injury and had marked muscular hypertonia.We separated neurotoxin from agkistrodon in ZheJiang

modified amino in the neurotoxin by using acetic anhydride

then applied the modified neurotoxin to rats in order to know about its effects

and used the physiological recorder to authenticate its effects.Results:The modified neurotoxin was applied to the rats by injecting to the abdominal cavity.These rats ’muscular hypertonia was improved

and their survival time was much longer.Conclusion:Amino in the neurotoxin is an important radical.
