摘要

本文就医学生临床实践中角色转变

强调学生自主性学习

加强临床基本技能训练

并对其加强实习管理和检查

强化带教老师的育人意识

并提出医学院校加强对临床教学基地的培育

对医学生临床实习中工作能力培训进行了初步的探讨.;The article discusses how to change the role for the medical students in clinical practice.And it also emphasizes the independence of learning

enhances the training of the elementary technical skills

and strengthens the management and examination.The clinical teachers should have the awareness of how to instruct students.The medical college should reinforce the construction of the clinical teaching base so as to develop the working ability of the medical students.
