摘要

我校临床医学院在传统的4 1教学模式基础上实行3 2模式的教学改革

经5年多的教学实践探索

取得了一定成效

但也暴露了一些问题.本文结合普外科临床教学中的实际情况

从教学管理与安排、教师、学生等各方面详细分析这些问题并提出了相应的改进措施.;3 2 educational model was performed in our clinical medical college as a reformation based on traditional 4 1 model.After 5 years teaching practice

it obtained some good results as we prospected

however

there still exists some problems.This article analyzes the problems around the aspect of the teachers

the students

the teaching administration and arrangements

and proposes the corresponded measure to improve it.
