摘要

临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养过程中，面临包括培养目标及培养计划不明确、导师缺乏培养经验等问题，导致专业硕士研究生培养质量下降。分析原因，提出了增加轮转三级学科对研究生的管理权限、三级学科成立导师组明确培养计划、增加专业硕士临床模拟技能培训课程及加强专业硕士导师的培养与遴选等设想，以更好地适应专业硕士医学人才培养的需要，并为临床医学专业硕士教育改革提供参考

Abstract

Unclear cultivating aim and training plan as well as tutors' lacking of experience are the main problems of the postgraduate education for clinical medicine professional degree

which will cause the quality of clinical postgraduate training to fall greatly. Through the analysis

the author pro-poses increasing management authority of rotating disciplines for graduates

establishing tutor groups in rotating disciplines

making clear training plan

increasing the clinical simulation skill training courses

training and optimizing the professional master's tutors

which is to fit the needs of the postgraduate education for clinical medicine professional degree and to provide related references.
