Objective:To explore the effect of situational simulation combined with PBL teaching mode in the practice of nursing interns. Methods: a total of 122 nursing students were selected for practice in our hospital in June
-2017
016 years. According to the sequence of practice
the control group (60 cases) and the observation group (62 cases) were respectively selected. The comprehensive ability of the two groups of nursing students (theoretical assessment + skill operation assessment) and the critical thinking ability (CTDI-CV Chinese version) were compared and analyzed. Results: the comprehensive ability of the nursing students in the intervention group was 89.69 + 7.82) better than that of the control group (76.86 + 6.12). The evaluation ability of the nursing students in the intervention group (290.69 + 17.83) was significantly better than that of the control group (276.67 + 18.82)
and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: situational simulation combined with PBL teaching model can improve the comprehensive ability of clinical practice nursing students
enhance their critical thinking ability
and improve the autonomy and enthusiasm of students to participate in the study.
