【】 Objective To explore the application value of CBL (case-based learning) combined clinical teaching ward-round in the standardized training of residents in Department of Hematology. Method 124 residents who received standardized training in hematology department from August 2015 to July 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group adopted the teaching method of CBL combined clinical teaching ward-Round

while the control group adopted traditional teaching methods (clinical teaching ward-round and case analysis). The two groups of examination results and teaching quality evaluation were analyzed. Results The scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group in the hematological theoretical knowledge and case analysis (P < 0.05). improve self-study abilities and better combine theoretical knowledge with clinical practice in hematological diseases and clinical thinking capabilities. Conclusions CBL combined clinical teaching ward-round has achieved good results in standardized training of residents in hematology department. It is worth popularizing in standardized training of other specialties in internal medicine.
