摘要

目的：探究CBL（case-based learning

CBL）教学方法对医学生岗位胜任力的培养效果。方法：选择中国医科大学护理专业两个班为实验组

两个班为对照组

分别采用CBL教学方法和传统式教学进行医用化学的教学

授课教师和教材均相同。通过问卷调查和期末考试来评估CBL教学方法对培养医学生岗位胜任力的现状。结果：实验组学生普遍认为在岗位胜任力评价指标上得到了培养和提高

且期末考试成绩明显高于对照组。结论：在医用化学教学中运用CBL教学方法

能够有效地改善学生的学习效果

培养医学生的岗位胜任力

在基础医学教学领域具有探索和推广使用价值

Abstract

Objective To explore the training effect of CBL （case-based learning

CBL）teaching method on the post competency of medical students.Methods Two classes of nursing specialty at China Medical University were selected as the experimental group and two classes as the control group. The CBL teaching methods and traditional teaching methods were used to teach medical chemistry. The instructors and teaching materials were the same. Through the questionnaire survey and the final exam to assess the current status of CBL teaching methods to train medical students job competencies. Results Most of the students in test group reflect that CBL teaching method can train and improve themselves in post competency evaluation index

and the performance of final exam of test group is better than control group.Conclusions CBL teaching method is used in medical chemistry teaching

which can improve students learning effect effectively

and train their post competency.It is worth to be explored and promoted.
