通过回顾建国以来我国中医高等人才培养历程

总结梳理其特点

查找影响人才培养质量的深层次突出问题

提出解决问题的对策

对于中医领域的发展与创新具有十分重要的现实意义和指导意义

Abstract

The training model of high level Chinese Medicine Talents has been the focus of debate in Chinese Medicine over the years. Through reviewing the history of high level Chinese Medicine Talents training in China since 1949

we summarized the characteristics and analyzed the deep level problems impacting the quality of talents training. The strategies which we proposed in this study will have high significance not only in the theory but in a realistic sense.
