摘要

在教育国际化大背景下，军校研究生教育理念、模式亦随之转变，并存着机遇和挑战。试指出国际化背景下军队医学院校研究生教育面临的挑战，分析军队医学院校现行研究生教育存在的问题，并总结了研究生培养国际化进程中的探索和尝试

Abstract

In the context of internationalization of education， the military graduate education con-cepts and models also come to change， and opportunities and challenges coexist. In this article， the chal-lenges and problems of army medical college graduate education were mentioned and analyzed， and the exploration and attempt of graduate education in the process of international were summarized.
