Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional nuclear medicine teaching model and at-tempting to adapt to the needs of the development of clinical nuclear medicine， we changed teaching methods， strengthened practice teaching， performed online learning， introduced the self-made teaching materials， enriched the teaching contents， proposed the concept of comparative imaging and reformed on examination method. These measures greatly improved students' interests in learning and clinical thinking ability and helped students understand and master the theoretical knowledge of medicine.
