摘要

［］医学影像科学习是住院医师规范化培训重要的组成部分

制定合理、高效的培训方案对住院医师影像诊断水平提升具有重要意义。目前

中医专业住院医师医学影像科规范化培训缺乏足够的重视及行之有效的教学方案

针对中医专业临床住院医生医学影像学基础差、轮转时间短、教育方案零散不成体系等现状进行分析

通过理论教学、PPT教学、运用信息化方式教学以及个性化带教等一系列的培训方案运用

取得了显著的培训效果

提出对教学模式的改革

并通过自身的实践体会

初步探讨中医临床住院医师规范化培训方案

Abstract

［］The studying in the department of medical imaging is a vital part of the standardized training in resident

which is important to make appropriate and efficient training schedule for the improvement of residents diagnostic capability. At present

the standardized training of resident doctors of traditional Chinese medicine is lack of enough attention and effective teaching plan. In this paper

we Achieved significant training effect

according to the current poor status of clinical medical doctor handled medical imaging skill and short systematic training period analyzed the total training program situation

by using the theory of teaching

PPT teaching

informatization teaching

individuation teaching and so on a series of systematic training programs. Revolution of teaching model was proposed and combined with our own practicing experience

which leaded a preliminary study on the standardized training program for clinical doctors in traditional Chinese Medicine.
