摘要

【】目的通过对奉节县6个乡镇村卫生室医务人员的现状进行调查分析

为提高村卫生室医务人员质量及整体素质提出对策和建议。方法采用文献研究、问卷调查及统计学分析。结果农村卫生室医务人员存在年龄结构不合理、学历普遍偏低、医疗水平不高

收入较低

工作积极性不高等问题。结论应强化政府的主导作用

发挥村卫生室医务人员的工作积极性；加强人才培养

夯实发展根基；以需求为导向

转变服务理念和模式；完善相关机制

创造村卫生室医务人员发展的良好环境

Abstract

【】 Objective To investigate the status quo of the medical staff in 6 village clinics in Fengjie County

and to improve the quality and overall quality of medical personnel in village clinics. Methods Literatures

questionnaires and statistical analysis were used. Results The medical staff in rural health clinic had the problems such as irrational age structure

low educational level

low level of medical treatment

low income and low work enthusiasm. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the leading role of the government and bring into play the positive work of the medical staff in the village health clinic; Strengthen the training of talents

ti lay a solid foundation for development; to demand-oriented

change the service concept and model;to improve the relevant mechanisms to create good surroundings for the development of medical staff in village clinics.
