摘要

大连医科大学以提高本科临床医学教育教学质量为核心，以提高临床医学人才实践能力和岗位胜任力为导向，建立及应用“三番式”临床技能教学模式。该培养模式注重医学人文素质教育，强化学生实践能力培养的综合评价，并确立了保障机制，有效提升了人才培养水平和质量

Abstract

Under the guidance of strengthening the practical ability of medical students and their competence in future jobs

Dalian Medical University has established a clinical teaching model–which is also called“Three Turns”-upon the high demand on improving education quality of medical undergraduates.This model will effectively improve the quality of education by concentrating on humanistic quality education

consolidating students’practical ability through overall evaluations and setting up safeguard mechanisms.
