摘要

开放性创新实验是近些年面向本科生以提高其科研兴趣、促进其提高科研能力的一项新举措。依托开放性实验，推行以工作过程为导向、科研和教学项目为载体的医学机能学教学改革与探索，改变传统的以教师知识传授为主的模式，激发学生的创新动机，提高大学生的实践和创新能力，使教学与科研能有效的融合叠加，形成了以科研促教学、以教学带动科研的教研一体化新模式

Abstract

Open experimental teaching is a new measure to enhance the research interest and ability of undergraduate in recent years. Based on open experiment

the medical function teaching reform was implemented

used research and teaching programmes as a carrier and working process as an orientation. Therefore

the traditional Teacher-centered method was transformed to “Teaching and research integration” training mode

which improved the undergraduates’ basic experimental skills，the innovative thinking and scientific research ability.
