[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of PBL teaching method and brainstorming method in the training of medical students' medical record writing ability，in order to strengthen the cultivation of medical students' medical record writing ability.Methods In grade 2010 majoring in clinical medicine in our hospital of the 122 medical undergraduate interns as the research object，divided into two groups，of which the experimental group was 60，and the control group was 62，in the experimental group，the PBL teaching method was used to combine the brainstorming method，in the control group

the traditional teaching method was used to carry out teaching，after the end of the training course，data were analyzed using SPSS19.0 software
