Abstract：Resident doctor standardization training program is the necessary and important part in Continuing Medical Educatio (CME) . In Hainan Province

Hainan Branch of Chinese PLA general hospital designed scientific cancer pain standardization training methods in CME for resident doctor. This model combined lecture-based learning（LBL）teaching method and virtual demonstration for theoretical training. In practical training

we conducted problem-based learning（PBL）teaching method

situational teaching and standardized examination to systemically improve resident doctor’s skill for cancer pain management. This combined teaching strategy can help resident doctors to establish correct and standard concept in future clinical practice. Bidirectional evaluation was routinely applied at the end of training to improve teaching quality. These training results were analyzed and summarized

providing more evidence and experience in the improvement of clinical cancer pain teaching for Hainan resident doctors.
