摘要

随着基础医学教师队伍逐渐年轻化，为了提高青年教师实验技能，分析了青年教师实验技能存在的问题，从技能培训与考核、实验技能竞赛和多元培养模式三个方面提出了对青年教师培养的措施，并且进行了有益探索与积极实践，使青年教师实验技能和教学水平得到了显著提高

Abstract

With basic medicine teaching faculty becoming younger

in order to improve experimental skills of the young teachers

it is put forward measures to strengthen cultivation of young teachers’ experimental skill for Including skill training and examination

experiment skills competition and multivariate cultivation model three modules

through analyzing the existing questions of young teachers’ experimental skills

which has been carried on the beneficial exploration and practice actively. practice proved they are significantly improved about experimental skills and teaching level of young teachers.
