Objective To explore the effect of applying problem-based learning (PBL) and case-based learning (CBL)in the kinesiology experiments. Methods Totally 107 4-year program undergraduates of NanTong Univercity Mdical Scoole were divided into experimental class (grade 2013

n=53) and control class (grade 2014

n=54). The experimental class received traditional teaching and the control class received PBL and CBL teaching. The teaching effect was evaluated by examination and questionnaire. Results The theoretical examination results were better than the control group.
