【Abstract】The clinical skill is one of the gold standards of medical talents cultivation

there is no standard operation procedure of clinical skill to guide training and assessment in China at present. Standard operation procedure of which the procedure are more normative and the assessment criteria is more refinement and quantitative was established and applied in clinical skill teaching practice at the advantages of holding the seventh national undergraduate clinical skill competition in North China. The clinical skill of medical students was improved，and the questionnaire survey showed that both teaching and learning efficiency were increased at the same time. It suggests that standard operation procedure of clinical skill has achieved remarkable teaching effect.
