摘要

如何培养专业学位研究生具备独立和创新科研能力，成为研究生教育的重要目标。本研究选取泌尿外科博士研究生为教学对象，在不同时间段进行传统英文读书报告和新式文献研读教学；通过教师评委打分和问卷调查，评测不同文献研读方法下研究生的各类科研素质育成情况；以探讨培养泌尿外科专业学位研究生临床科研素质和能力的有效措施

Abstract

How to cultivate professional degree postgraduates with independent and innovative re-search ability has become an important goal of graduate education. In this article

doctoral postgraduates in the department of urology were chosen as subjects who received education of English book report and received education of new style of literature review in different time. In order to explore the effective mea-sures to cultivate the clinical scientific research quality and ability of the professional degree postgraduates in Department of Urology

we evaluated different kinds of research quality of postgraduates under different methods of literature review through the scores of teachers' judges and questionnaires.
