摘要

目的：探索案例式PBL教学法在生理学教学中的应用。方法：筛选与生理学理论内容高度相关的临床病例

以这些病例为蓝本

编写生理学案例；开设“案例生理学”课程

制定教学大纲及教学计划

设计教学环节

应用案例式PBL教学法开展教学实践活动。结果：已完成生理学案例的撰写

案例共包括25种疾病的35个临床病例

同时已应用其中的一个案例进行试点教学。结论：案例式PBL教学可应用于生理学的教学实践

其效果还有待进一步研究

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application of case based PBL teaching method in physiological teaching. Methods: Clinical cases highly correlated with the theory content of physiology were selected and modified to physiological case. “Case physiology” curriculum was launched. Syllabus

teaching plan and teaching step were also designed in order to apply case based PBL teaching method in teaching practice. Results: The construction of physiological case had been finished which included 35 cases associated with 25 kinds of clinical diseases. Meanwhile

one of the case had been used to test the application of case based PBL teaching method. Conclusion: Case based PBL teaching can be applied to the teaching practice of physiology.
