摘要

分析当前传染病学研究生教育的课程相对陈旧，培养模式欠规范，师资不足等现状和问题，并分析这些问题对于传染病学研究生教学的影响，提出进行传染病学研究生教学改革与创新的必要性，并从优化教学课程、改革研究生培养模式、加强导师队伍建设等发面入手，探索新的教学方法和教学模式，提高传染病学研究生的临床和科研技能，培养创新能力和社会适应能力

Abstract

This paper analyzed the current problems and difficulties in education of postgraduate students of infectious diseases. We raised several ways to give innovation for the education of postgraduate students of infectious diseases

including optimization of the curriculum provision

updating of the training mode

improvement of the ability of supervisors. It’s pivotal to train the abilities of clinical skills
