Taking Kunming Medical University as an example

this paper probes into the separation and coordination mechanisms among administration

business handling and evaluation

with the aim to enhance the evaluation for the graduation design (thesis) of non-medical specialties directed by Teaching Quality Supervision and Assessment Center

which is independent of the Office of Educational Administra-tion. From the perspective of evaluation

the research studies and practices the third party evaluation mech-anism for the graduation design (thesis)

and puts forward strategies about the regular dialogue

problem orientation

and classification guidance for further improving the third party evaluation of graduation design (thesis) in local medical colleges
