The time for the undergraduate education of medical imaging technology (MIT) specialty in China is relatively short

and the education supporting institutions vary greatly among different universities. There are several disadvantages for cultivating medical imaging technology major based on affiliated hospitals of university

such as irrational curriculum system

imperfect teaching and research institutions

and inadequate innovative guidance ability. Meanwhile

The solutions for alleviating the above unfavorable educational factors were proposed. We aimed to further improve the model of MIT construction dominated by the affiliated hospitals of universities

and produce more competent graduates.
